Well, I have been promising for weeks that we (I was) were going to be cooking again once a week. Finally, I am cooking again. Guess what? My oven has been diagnosed with a “weak ignitor.” Basically, gas is seeping through unused and making my home a little dangerous. All that said, my cooking has been moved to the stove top and I’m kinda dying here because I can’t bake. I’m still trying to figure out how to cook a cake in our toaster oven. Enough about me.

I am going to try something different with What’s cooking? I’ve said several times that I choose recipes to use according to if they have a picture. Let’s go even further. I will give the final picture as well as the pictures that lead up to the tasty meal I am sharing for the week. If that doesn’t get you cooking, then I just don’t know what to do.

For a few weeks, some of the recipes will be repeats, but they will still be good. Enjoy and keep cooking.
